  I know that DMV's are really busy and deal with a lot of people all at once. However, I feel like they should still be able to speak to people professionally and handle one customer at a time. I called to ask some questions about title transfer so that I had everything I need when I go there and the lady I spoke to was very snippy and rude. She was asking me questions so quickly I could hardly understand her. When I wasn't getting the answer as fast as she wanted it she just went on to the next person in line and left me sitting there. On top of all that she made it seem like I was a complete idiot because I couldn't find "the purple part" of a copy of a title (it was a black and white copy). Again I understand that they deal with a lot of people and have a lot of things to do there. When someone calls to ask a few questions to try to make sure they have everything they need to make their visit as quick and painless as possible, being nice and helpful even if it is really busy instead of rude and snippy makes things easier for everyone involved.

  Straight to the point and the employees are really knowledgeable. They are quick with knowing what you need and what the laws are. I have been very impressed with how helpful and fast they can be if you have everything you need.

  They are extremely Rude at this location Everytime I go in there and they don't give the proper info when asking what you need . The Jerseyville location is very friendly. But the Bethalto location is horrible. it needs to be shut down or all new employees and management.bi would give it a 0 star if it was a option

  I have always enjoyed going to this facility, above and beyond all of the other facilities in madison or St.Clair county. A big thank you to all of the Bethalto illinois DMV employees.
